avatar not synced to progress

When playing on pc (ms edge or chrome), my avatar is about 150 levels behind where I'm playing, its fine on ipad.

Hello @bungy and welcome to the community.  Are you playing via king.com or Facebook on both platforms?  You should be at the same level on both of your devices.  I don't play on PC but I do play on 3 different mobile devices and I am on the same level on each device.  Sometimes I have to restart the device (after I have played a few levels on a different device) to get them to re-sync, but otherwise I am on the same level.
Do you have the latest version of the app on your PC and have you cleared your cache and restarted your machine?  If you have done all of these things and are still not synced with you iPad. - customer support should be able to help you sync the two platforms.
