They should just make it right and give them to all players not just some it's wrong to do that and bacislly just say who cares to the other players that don't get anything they really know how to show their appreciation to their long time players don't they? What a joke. This had really made me hate even playing their games anymore bc it just sucked all the fun out of it completely bc we don't have a chance at wining against players that get Ads every second on their screens and we have to beat every single board without ANYTHING to help us. Ridiculous SMH😤🤬💩💯👎😡🤔🤨😠
I am in the exact same position as u r. It's wrong and unfair. I have been playing since the game first came out like 10 years now and my husband just started playing like 4 or 5 months ago and he has passed me up by 3 times my level bc he gets Ads for boosters lives extra moves and everything else and I still haven't gotten not one dang Ads option ever and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app over and over again and did everything I could possibly do to try and figure out why everyone I know gets the Ads but I don't. This isn't right bc it completely takes the fun out of it all sorry but it does it's basically cheating and that's not right. What does this say to the kids thst play these games as well when one kid doesn't get the ads to help him pass boards and the other kids do and they beat him at every level bc they get free boosters to win it's basically saying it's ok to cheat to win and that's wrong and the creators should b ashamed of this. U can't give some players cheats to win and not others that ruins the entire game bc I really am hating this game now it's not fun anymore bc no matter how hard u try to beat some boards u just can't do it without help and how in the heck r we suppose to beat other players in these contest in the game when they get ads to watch to beat their levels and fly past us and here we sit stuck on levels for days sometimes weeks bc we can't get any help. That's not fair at all OF COURSE WE WONT B ABLE TO TAKE 1ST PLACE EVER IN THESE CONTEST WHEN THE OTHER PLAYERS R GETTING HELP AND CHEATING TO BEAT US. I am about to just delete this entire game once and for all bc I'm sick of it. And I'm sick of the excuse that it's being TESTED bs for 3 years it is ok sure I believe that. SHAME ON KING CREATORS FOR THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT. It really is frustrating especially when u been a fan and game player of theirs for as long as some of us have been and a new first time player comes in and is given the royal treatment and we r thrown to the side like trash so thanks for showing u appreciate us long time players and rewarding us too with nothing. I totally agree!!!! I have a family member that started playing the same time I did. He has doubled my progress and has over 700 coins and boosters that would cost a lot, if bought.
he constantly claims he is better and I need to play smarter.
this type of feature does not need to exist, if it isn’t available to all. It’s very unfair and at this time not needed.

Watching ads for free games, boosters, etc went away after making a purchase. Not fair…no more purchases from me.
Hello, after I bought from the market I can no longer see ads in the game, before was everything ok, why did this happen even though I made a purchase? Can you please do something I’m on level 4907 I don’t won’t to lose my level.
3 years later and this is still going on. I don’t get the option for ads for boosters or free lives. Meanwhile every single family member and friend that I know that plays does get this option and has for months/years. So much for it being “testers”. You don’t need to “test” something for 3 years. My husband alone just started playing in January and has now passed me in levels (after I’ve been playing for years) because he gets all these options while I don’t.

Hey Sukanta - I dont know what happened but since this morning - everything is working without any crashes. Did your Dev team find out what is wrong? Thank you very much for saving all my boosters.
Thanks ... appreciate the extra check before I do it ... I have tried re-installing using another mobile phone but problem continues hence I thought that there is some bugs related to the new features brought and problem will go away when the original version is restored.

Please wait a bit before doing this as you will lose all stored boosters for uninstalling the game app.I will try to find out from my team if this is a game related problem😊
If there is no such problem in the game, you can get the solution by reinstalling the app but wait until the next 24 hours*****
(Edit....The game currently has some errors related to advertising and has already been reported to Game Studio. However, you can skip the ad and continue the game, it may be that if the ad problem is solved, your problem will disappear.)

OK - I have tested for space and resetted my devices many many times. I have tried reinstalling using another mobile devices and the same problem still persist. This is my primary device and have a lot of boosters which will be lost ...
So if you feel that re-installing is my best move - I will do it - so is this the only thing I can do??

This is my problem (please see below) ... most of ads driven bonuses (including before start of game, extra moves at the end of game) crashes the app totally.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

Hello and welcome, the sweet cinema is not always guaranteed to be in your game, it is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means you're not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems. To make sure you're getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in. Regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible. Thank you.

Hi ... my problem is I see the ads but when I click onto them (most of the ads) it will crash the APP. Got to restart the APP again.

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
