How do I get my gold bars back?

I have just reinstalled candy crush on my device and it has kept all my levels and bonuses, but my 400 gold bars have disappeared, how do I get these back.

Hello @revolver316 (aka Mark) and welcome to our friendly community.  Whenever you install the app. on a new device (like a new phone) or re-install the app. on a current device - you will keep your current progress and should keep any boosters and gold bars you have purchased - but you will lose any lives, boosters or gold bars that you have accumulated (and not paid for).  If you purchased some or all of those gold bars, you should be able to get them back but you will need your user ID: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest and then you will need to fill out and submit a form to Customer Support.: https://soporto.king.com/contact . Please be patient becuase it is late on a Friday, so you probably won't hear anything until sometime next week.
