Hello @UmmAbdurRahman - I'm sorry to hear that Didi disappeared - she should still be around for another 20 hours. Of course if you have lost your trophy and the access to the fun events - then you would have lost access to Didi too. If you haven't tried this already you want to make sure you have the latest version
of the game. You also want to clear your cache. Once you have done
both those things - you need to turn off your device (mobile or PC) and then
start it up again. If that still doesn't help then you need to contact community support. They will want to know what platform, make/model/software you are playing with and your user ID#. The link below tells you how to get your ID#:
