Bonus spin at end of game, wheel cannot be stopped. No button available and says loading. I have already restarted phone. No change

We are experiencing some issues while connecting to the game to the server and this is probably because your game is not connected to the server.You should try to reconnect after a while because this is a temporary problem.
You can try to check App update > Log out game > Restart device > Open game & Log in but Don't Uninstall game.

The issue continues. The response made no sense. I have no ability to log out of the game anywhere that I can find. And if I am not connected to the server why does the other spin prior to starting the game work and how is it still managing to track my progress??

Clearly it is not a temporary problem. Three months later nothing has been fixed. Bonus spins still won’t stop. Still cannot login into game properly and there is no log out option.
