Connect to Facebook/ Christmas socks

Dear programmers i have two problems. The first problem is that i cannot any more to connect to Facebook. The second is that today i had the feature of Christmas socks and after two hours this feature disappeared.

Hello @Georgia_6219 - I hope you are enjoying your time in the community.  I am sorry to hear about your issues.  First of all - If you haven't tried this already you want to make sure you have the latest version of the game.  You also want to clear your cache.  Once you have done both those things - you need to turn off your device (mobile or PC) and then start it up again. Also - you need to make sure you have a strong and steady internet connection.

If that doesn't work - then please provide some additional information - what platform/make/model and software version are you using?
