New iPad, new game download.keeping saved boosters

hi,

i am am lucky to be getting a new iPad over Christmas and will of course download candy crush onto it, the thing is however, that on the current candy crush game I have (on my old iPad) I have hundreds of saved boosters like sugar bombs, switches etc etc which I have either received through playing or have bought as well as loads of gold bars. How do I ensure that I keep these when switching?

im also not getting extra moves etc if I pass a level without fail, is this just me or is there a fault?

Hi @Katrina_A and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The boosters and lives you collected are saved on your device's memory. This means you can reach them even if you are offline. Unfortunately, it also means that you will lose all of them if you reinstall the game or change the device. Therefore, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips on how to safeguard your collected boosters.

Your joking!? I have BOUGHT some of these boosters! The game wont play on my old ipad anymore due to all the changes so im really being forced into this

@Katrina_A I absolutely understand how you feel. Each player experienced this at least once. Since I am just a volunteer who is helping players around and not a King employee, I can tell you that there is no way to transfer your boosters. All you can do is to use the boosters while you are on the old device and then install the game on the new one. Is your progress back?

Thanks for the info... only problem is... i cant log into facebook to save my progres as it dosnt support my browser anymore

@Katrina_A Well, try another browser then. It should solve the problem, don't you think so?

Will do... theres not enough room to download though so have  had to transfer data to new ipad, due very low internet speed I anticipate being done in January
