Fantastic Five problem

I haven't been able to open the Fantastic Five for a few months. I play on my LG G6. It's there, but I can't open it anymore. I have cleaned out my cache and force stopped the app but nothing has fixed the problem. Anyone?

    You got F5 in the game, but you couldn't click it?
    What is game app version?

    Here's a screenshot. This is what the Fantastic Five has looked like for quite a while. Like I said, I cleaned out my cache and force stopped to no avail. I'm about to give up on it.

    Thank you for the screenshot. Have you checked for update to your game app?
    I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    Logged out, app was up to date, restarted my phone, logged back in and now there's no Fantastic Five at all. Checked the features to turn it on, it's not even there anymore. Only the "lives full" is there to check.

    Fantastic 5 is under test group. It was probably not active in your game because you are not currently in the test. If you are in this test group, you will find it again without any problems. Keep playing the game, and I'll discuss your issue with my team.
