Progress saved through Facebook

Hello

My Candy Crush progress is saved through Facebook but I want to deactivate my Facebook account, therefore I won’t be able to keep at my current progress. Is there a way of transferring the progress over so I can deactivate my Facebook account and stay at my current level?

Log out of the game from Facebook and log into your King account.

However, keep in mind that you no longer have your friends in the game, they will be saved via your Facebook account.

Hi @lauren_93, welcome to our community.  Yes you can keep your progress if you sync your game with King.  You can follow the steps from here.  Your King account here is not the same as it would be on king.com.  So if you never played the game through King then you will have to create an account.  You can still use the same email address and password but don't click on login.  Click to create an account.  Then follow the directions in the link.  Are you planning on creating a new Facebook account? If so, then you will probably have to sync it between King and your new account.  Let's do one step at a time.

Thank you for your response. Following that link, I can’t find the settings button that says “account”, where is this please?

Once you login in on king.com you are going to go back up to the settings lin on the top right part of the page.  Click on it and a pop up box will show up and that is where you will see your account.  Click on the account and it's going to ask you for your password again.  Once you enter it again it's going to take you to the last print screen here.  Mine says already synced but yours should say something about syncing the two accounts together.

I’m sorry but I can’t see this, the only options it shows is “view profile” or “sign out”. I’ve tried it in the desktop version too and it’s the same...

You're trying to login to this community.  In this community you can't sync your account at all.  You have to go to https://king.com/ to sync your account.

Thanks both of you, I’m on King.com as we speak and there isn’t an option for “login” or “account”. I’m not sure if there’s been an update or anything but I’ve tried desktop and on my phone. This is all there is to click on:

You have to access it on a computer.  The picture that I posted above was taken from my computer.  If you have a desktop then come back here and click on this link:  https://king.com/

That will take you to the king.com website.  From there click on your game and then click on the login on the top right.
