Lost levels

I thought I’d used Facebook to save my levels but I think perhaps I hadn’t. When I tried to login, following all the instructions online, I can’t seem to reinstate my levels. I was >6000. Any chance that at least can be reinstated?

At some point the automatic replay comes back but you have to type "Need help" again.😊
