Hello @prsh and welcome to the community. First of all I want to ask you to edit your post and remove your email address. We never ask for and discourage players from posting personal information in general discussions. If necessary - information of a personal nature can be provided through a private message (PM).
Second, as @Spinnifix pointed out - the problem with 6136 is a glitch where some people cannot get the fruit unlocked and dropped into the game. The studio is aware of the problem and will hopefully come up with a solution that will fix the problem for all players and is not something that needs to be voted on.
