When you have to go to a new phone, which I have had 5 in 2019, it does not save the amount of lives or extras you have. For example, color bombs or striped candy. Even when you have linked your account to FB. At one point I lost over 100 lives and 200 extras. I have been playing for a lot of years. It should save both.

Hi guys, I want to make you aware that lives and boosters are saved just to that one device. Any crashes, version updated, operating system updates can cause you to lose them. They cannot be transferred from one phone to another since they were only accumulated on that one device. I am closing this message since it's more of a question than a new idea.
