Double profiles

Some how it looks like I have two exact profiles. How can I delete one? Also I am not connected to Facebook it says when sending lives to friend and I’m not getting lives from my friends. What can I do?

Few questions... (1) Are you receiving the message that you are not connected to the Facebook? 
(2) Or did you not create an account through Facebook? 
(3) Can you please post screenshots of both your profiles? 
(4) Also, are you seeing the message that "you are not connected to Facebook" when you are sending Lives?  If so, can you post a screenshot of that too?
