why can't I get past level 426

In Candy Crush Saga on king.com as user "One" I get up to level 426 and then I get the message "You need help from your friends to get a ticket"  It says "Ask friends" but when I click that nothing ever happens.  It also says "Time left until the Toothfairy unlocks it: 0 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds"  but it never gets unlocked; it's been like that for weeks.  I've asked for help before and I got no response.  What is going on?

In fact, the platform on which you are playing the game, the King has stopped working on that platform from long time.There are currently no new updates and the old features are still there and since those features are not currently available in the game, so you will have such difficulty.
However, you can sync the game with Facebook and continue the game at the same level. Of course you will get better platform and there will be no such obstacles.
