@Glenn1972 I understand and wholeheartedly agree. It's an absolute minefield to negotiate, especially for beginners like me. Just not sure that they could do much about it by law even if they wanted to. Unfortunate :-(

But I hope you will agree that some of the discussions do need to be closed and archived or disposed of. We get so many duplicates we just can't read them all. And they just sit like a giant pile of paperwork mess in the corner of the room. None of us can read through all that, well at least this man can't.

Hi @firebombmarkus , I am not referring to any rule in particular. If a question is not answered to the satisfaction of the poster and they haven't accepted an answer, when the thread is closed by a superstar or moderator, it remains in the "Somebody needs Help" section. Please see my screenshots. If the mod/superstar/CM could mark the question as "accepted answer" on the OP's behalf then it wouldn't appear there.
For example there are 2 unanswered questions today.

Hi @Flanje With all due respect, I am not sure what do you mean. Are you referring to foreign language rule? We use only the English language here and any other language will not be accepted. It is like that for now and I understand how it feels as English is also not my native language.

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Now it appears that some people are getting timed boosters for the daily calendar and some said they even get some with the daily…
Collecting Sugar Drops has been an integral part of the game and a much loved feature where players had the opportunity to collect them and earn free rewards every day. It now appears the studio plans to take it away. Please vote here if you want the studio to bring back this ability.

Many Candy Crush Saga players would like to see more opportunities to win the UFO and Party boosters. How about adding them to the Daily Treat Calendar?
