I'm asking again why is my Fantastic five has stopped working

In the past my Fantastic five had disappeared from my game but returned in time. 
The only other reason would be that you may have opted out of it. This feature is in the setting menu of your game.

No I've not opted out of the game .
Not that bothered about it as I wrote before it's not a good item.
Too many times only two or three people play it.
Candy Crush should remove it and try something else.
The new one Chocolate Box is very good
