I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I am having that same issues as well. I check the box to send lives to friends that have requested them, but the next day the same requests are there. Why aren't my gifts going through?
When did you unfriend the person on Facebook? I am thinking that it might take a bit of time before Facebook takes the name off your game.
Yes. My question is about the game, I still have their requests in my message inbox. They sent me 15 requests today.
Maybe it takes a couple of days after unfriending the person via Facebook before the name gets removed from your game. Are you clearing the history daily?

English is the only supported language for the Community, so remember to only post in English otherwise not everyone will understand.

Yeap, @Stradergirl, a friend said the same to me. But, as I commented on another Discussion regarding these same issue (https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/comment/582227), we might just have to wait a little longer for the issue to be solved for all players. There were many changes in the Community yesterday and you have to keep in mind that the Game also keeps changing and being upgraded every day.
I can confirm the issue has been solved for many users, whilst others -like you- will still encounter it (you might have gotten so many life requests during the days of "the glitch" that they are only now showing up, they are not actually new).
Please, do get back to me if you still have the same problem tomorrow (meanwhile, keep accepting life requests and try not to send requests yourself since that usually makes the other user send you a request back) and we’ll see if someone from the Team can check your specific account (FYI: I would not advise doing that now since they are all overwhelmed with informing people of the changes implemented yesterday).

I'm having the same issue. I contacted one of my friends to see if she had requested a life from me. She says she hasn't in several days. Her request popped back up again today after I approved it.

Unfortunately, the problem continues no matter how many times I send the lives requested. And now I have a second name asking for multiple lives. Waiting it out has not solved the problem.
As usual, my dear @Sukanta_Biswas@Sukanta_Biswas , you were right! After a few times exchanging lives back and forth, everything has gone back to normal for me regarding this matter!

Welcome to the Community!
There was a problem with live exchange for a few days so there were a lot of life requests pending. The problem has been fixed so, after exchanging lives a few times, everything will become normal. I was having the same problem and I has now gone back to normal.

Over the past few weeks I've had multiple requests for lives from one friend on Candy Crush. I honestly don't think this person is requesting lives that many times. It shows 9 requests at a time every time I open the game. It doesn't matter if I open the game once a day or once an hour.

This had been an ongoing issue until an update was released thus week. Please look to see if you have the most recent update. Then go try to send those lives to see if the problem is resolved for you. It should be okay after the update. If you have to post back please add the operating system and platform you're using to play. This has been happening to the friends I send requests to also. They are getting 20 requests when I ask for one. We are all playing on iPhones.
How many time I send lives to my friends, it keep on popping back asking for lives. Why is this error happening. Any way to fix this problem.
In between, why is asking for lives alone popping, it would have been better if extra life send by my friend pop aswell.. 😋
Every time I ask for lives it has the opposite effect I look in my inbox and it’s all my friends asking me for lives, over 20 requests for the same 4 people?? I’m losing patience with the limited lives we get 😡

Such an issue has been in the game for some days but it was recently solved and You'll get rid of the problem if you update the game app. I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Looking at all these posts, this was supposed to be fixed a month ago. No progress at all. Very disappointing to say the least.
Candy Crush is my favorite game,especially during chemo treatments. I have 2 friends that request over 50 live many times a day. How are they doing that? I’m tired of sorting through all of that to find even one or two for myself. How do they do that. Thanks for this awesome game.
