Hi @nguyenzoro ,this happen when your account had certain security problem, in order to get out of it, I would suggest you to use FORGET YOUR PASSWORD? to reopen your account. If your account is OK, you should be able to received an Email from King ask you to reset your password, if not than we need to look futher into your system. Let me know if any assisted is needed.
In general on this site, they will ask you to reinstall the app, but you will lose all your boosters. Also because you used Facebook before, that can be a problem also. Let me know your phone maker, and also are you able to update your CCS app, there is a new update Yesterday.

According to your screenshot, your game app has been corrupted and you cannot connect the game to server. In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall/ Reset the game app because there is no other way. You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
