OK - so far it seems like a problem with the Apple operating system. I have let the CM know. Hopefully the studio can get a fix in place today if possible. I will let you know as soon as I hear something (BTW - I am in the same situation as you are).

@bearwithme thanks! Can you tell them it wiped out our boosters also? I worked hard for those 😂
I had the same problem. So I reloaded the game. Now it works again, but it deleted all of my boosters other than the gold bars I had. Does that always happen when you reload the game?
I have an Apple ipad, everything is up to date. I tried other levels before level 6321, and they are working okay
Hello @RBlomquist and welcome to our wonderful King Community. Unfortunately things like saved boosters and saved lives reside locally on your platform, so if you transfer to a new device, or de-install and re-install the game on your current device - you will indeed loose all your saved boosters and lives. Information about your current level and gold bars are stored on the King servers - as long as you have been playing via King.com or FB.

If you play on an app, please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it.

Hello @Brandi36 and welcome to our friendly King Community. This was a problem for the PC players and was recently fixed but now it appears there is a problem with this level for IOS players. This issue has been forwarded to the CM and hopefully the studio will have a fix very soon.
I will post an update in this main thread (see the link below) - as soon as I hear something from the CM/studio.
