Lost lives upgrade

Hi!

I have for a long time ago bought the upgrade so I had 8 lives instead of 5. But suddenly I lost it and is back to 5 lives?

I have also lost all my boosters, but I have read in the community that it might be a problem on my phone. I have also lost all the extra like F5 and chocolate box etc.

I hope somebody can help :-)

There are some issues with Lives right now, and the solution is in the works.You don't have to do any troubleshooting checks, and wait a bit.

Hi @Billen @Sukanta_Biswas The 8 Lives feature hasn't been for sale since 2013 and therefore can be reset due technical issues or when you change devices.

However, it can be restored in the game by Player Support. Please email them through the game's Settings and Help Center to get help with this. Remember to choose Purchases & Gold Bars as the topic when you send the email.

The option to buy 8 Lives was replaced by the 6h Unlimited Lives instead. Back in those early days of Candy Crush history there were no Unlimited Lives in the game.
