Gold bars are stored on the server for security, unlike regular boosters (colourbombs etc.) that are stored on your device.
The most common reason for players to believe they've lost their gold bars is that the game has dropped its connection to the server.
This can happen even if all of your other apps and games are still connected up and working.
If you have the luxury of 2x Wifi or Wifi + Mobile Data, simply switching from one internet connection to another will often reconnect it.
If you see the spinning wheel in place of a number, this means that the game is still trying to connect -
Sometimes, you may still see a number that you believe is incorrect -
The first thing to try is to click on the gold bar itself -
It will either tell you that there's a problem or bring up the shop -
If it does bring up the shop but you still believe that you have less gold bars than you should -
The most common reason for this is that they have been spent by clicking on the extra moves spinner when no free spin was available, which will take 7 at a time! -
If after checking all the above you still have less bars than think you should - Find your player ID by clicking HERE
Then contact support HERE
They will be able to look into your transaction history for you and right any wrongs.
