Candy Store will not Open

In Candy Crush Saga my Candy Store will not load; the icon just sits and spins. I have tried at different times of the day over several days with the same issue. This has been going on for several weeks. Is there another way to access the Candy Store or to add gold bars to my profile?

Please email Player Support about this so they can investigate this.

If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.

Cannot access candy store or receive power-ups.

i know my wi fi connection is good because I was able to sign up on community.king . This is King problem, not a carrier problem. What’s being done to resolve?

android tablet doesn’t have this problem, only Apple.

I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If the problem is the same then you will find complete information HERE and of course tell your Game ID there.
