Since Your Internet Provider Changed your Modem, you aren't able to play Candy Crush Saga on Windows 7.
Have You Saved Your Game on King Account or Facebook Account?
If no then you should save your Game by logging into King Account.
Try Playing the Game on Facebook or King.com check whether your Game Works Fine.
Also, try Updating Your Game To Latest Version on Windows 7.
Also, Check Your Internet Speed on the New Modem. It might have caused this issue due to slow speed then previous modem.
