I appear to have numerous King accounts that set members off at level 1, I am in fact past level 4000! I have to log in with facebook with my app but that does not show my correct profile either. I am not receiving lives but am getting many help friend requests. I have never had such trouble before and I am now thinking of deleting the app as it is pointless.

Hi @podgee421 welcome to our community! To add to what @Spinnifix wrote above, do you know which account has that level? Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If you are on mobile I suggest that you uninstall the game app but I do have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to your device. Do you always log in with Facebook? Try the uninstall and reinstall first to see if that works.

If it's still a problem then I am going to suggest that you write to Player Support by completing the contact form here.
