I bought 10 pc of gold to play on it didnt.let me play on or give me.the gold what do i do

    Were the 10 Gold Bars deducted? Or do you still have the Gold Bars, but just couldn't use them for the Extra Moves that you wanted?

    I never received the gold bars so i bought the piggy bank after and they showed up

    I was able to find your game in the system and added the 10 Gold Bars to your game. I am not able to pass the level though so you will need to play it again.

    If this happens again, please email Player Support so they can check up what happened and compensate for the Gold Bars.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
