I was able to find your game in the system and added the 10 Gold Bars to your game. I am not able to pass the level though so you will need to play it again.
If this happens again, please email Player Support so they can check up what happened and compensate for the Gold Bars.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
