If you are going to take away boosters if you change your cell phone (can save gold but not boosters), then bring back Sugar Drop. I had a huge number of boosters, my phone died and I lost them all. I built them up over the past year and yet again, new phone and zero boosters.
We should be able to retain our earned boosters if you are going to remove ways for us to earn them.

II have similar thoughts, except I am now on the highest level which is 6500
The problem now is that once you have done this weeks new levels there is little left to do. With a dwindling pot of goodies to help in the game, Only able to play to collect the chocolates, I am a goner.

I'm just going to use up the boosters that I have and then I'm done with this game until they bring back the sugar drops

I have it (Been for awhile) but I am only in the "2000's" level, so relatively a baby compared to the other players on this link, so can't confirm if it it level based - You can complete the box in two days (Limited quest per day in the box) - Easy enough to do, just part of your game play, nothing extra required

I am on level 6492 and does have the chocolate box
as you said it’s played on two days and get three boosters
what we want is our sugar drops played twice a day every eight hours

bring them back! If you don’t, I will probably go find a different game to kill time with, and that
I feel is FUN! Bring back the sugar drops and let’s make candy crush fun again!!!

Hey folks, choc box info right here.
And the way it's working at the moment (at least over here), you've gotta win 4 quests (3 per day maximum); & you will be awarded one each of the following (color bomb; hammer; striped/wrapped).
So many boosters, whoop-de-freaking-do...
