Lost all booster and lives

I had reinstalled the app as it crashed but unfortunately have lost all boosters and life’s that’s really disappointing.My game is connected to fb I started from the level I had stopped but didn’t get my boosters n life.I tired all the possible option before I could reinstall the game but it didn’t worked.I am being loyal to this game and currently on level 5675 losing all lives and booster at this point it’s very annoying I hope it can fixed and I get all my booster and lives back.Highly disappointed

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I have literally just had similar tonight. I had to delete and redownload the game... now all boosters and hundreds of saved lives all gone. Also only have booster wheel in my Power Ups’ menu.... everything in there has disappeared too. No daily win, no climb the beanstalk! Im so so annoyed right now. Ive never ever had this issue when I have changed devices, reinstalled etc etc! Im so not happy!

Welcome to the King Community.
By logging into the game you will not be able to find certain features in the game as they will be returned to your game when the game is regular.
