Hi Mel....
"Everyone else" does not have the ad videos, in fact, only a random few actually do. The features in this game are not given to everyone at the time, not is anyone excluded on purpose. Features come, features go. It's best to keep the game with the most recent update as that is when you may find yourself with a new feature or event. I have not had the ad videos since last November. Some players have never seem them and have been playing for years. My Mom has them on one device and not the other. The as videos have recently changed to make them somewhat less appealing, as well. You can read my post about that HERE. You must likely have something in your game that others do not! Keep your eyes peeled for changes each time you open the game cuz ya never know....
