Hello @candybandit and welcome to our wonderful King Community! From your post I am assuming you just started playing (and thus saving your progress) either thru FB or King.com, but ended up losing your progress. If what @Spinnifix recommended doesn't work - you can contact Customer Support and hopefully they will be able to restore your progress.
If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact them directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on My Game Progress
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
If you are playing on a PC then you can contact them thru the "Contact US" at the bottom of this page.
When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area.

Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
