Random reset and I lost EVERYTHING

This is the second time this has happened to me!! The first time I did a reboot on my phone and it zeroed every booster out and all my lives, just gone.
tonight, I did nothing and when I opened the app, it started me at level one and my heart sank!!!! And once again, I’ve lost everything!!!!!

Hi @missyhughes72 unfortunately for mobile devices boosters are stored on phone memory, so if you change phone, reset phone you lose all the boosters. Something i think king should have stated more clearly on app itself

Haven’t changed phones and didn’t reset my phone....this was so random!! I’ve emailed support, as this is the second time in two months

are you signed in on the app. if gone back to level one sounds like its been signed out

Yep I’m signed in. Twice tonight it sent me to level 1...all I did was open the app....

try uninstalling and re installing and sign back in. Other than that think you would need a mod to help you.

If you lost any purchased items, then email Player Support so they can check up what happened and replace all purchases. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
