All progress lost

I was on level 3113 with anywhere from 17-22 of each of my boosters. I decided to connect using Facebook thinking my progress would swap over but I had no luck. I don’t recall ever making a “king” account so I have no way of figuring out how to regain my progress. What can be done to fix the issue

    have you tried signing in with a king account with your email and put forgot password, will show if you have a registered email address

    Yes I tried that first and no luck. I just made a king account with the only email I use. Really not interested in starting over

    Hello @D1swizzle and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry you are having this problem. We always recommend players play the game connected to either a king.com account or a FB account, that way it is very easy for Player Support to restore any lost progress.

    Hopefully they will be able to help you anyway -

    You can contact Player Support directly from a mobile device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

    - Open the game app

    - Select the cogwheel

    - Tap on the? mark

    - Tap on "I need help with lost progress"

    - Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

    If you are playing on a PC then you can contact them thru the "Contact US" at the bottom of this page.

    When you fill out the form make sure you select "Problems with my game" and then on the second drop down click on "Game didn't save". This will alert the support staff you are having a problem with your game progress and someone should get back with you. Make sure you also explain what happened in the comment area.
