How do I get my progress saved from FB onto my new phone?

I feel like I have tried almost everything.

I signed in from FB and it still took me to level 1 when I’m in the 3,000’s.

I got out my old phone just to make sure I had saved everything through Facebook and I did.

So, I deleted candy crush and fb from my phone and re-downloaded and re-signed in and it still took me to level 1.

im so upset!!! I don’t want to stop playing this game, however, if I have to restart from the beginning I definitely will have to.

PLEASE HELP!

So can u check do u have all the progress on ur old phone? R u still lvl 3000+ on old phone? And try on new phone with the same Facebook account ... If still no work, u can maybe ask @QueenMia to check ur progress is it saved... private msg her ur Facebook account id

@stan1981 level 3000+ is saved on my old phone still! I tried the same Facebook account and it still takes me to level 1 on my new phone :(

Are you sure you logged in game with the same Facebook?

I signed out of my old phone so now I don’t have access to my old progress 😭. It kept bringing up my real name when I use a fake name for my Facebook so idk of that means anything? But I only have one Facebook account.@Sukanta_Biswas

Connect the game with real Facebook, then👇️

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. 

I hope you're back on track really soon!
