Why does Candy Crush change difficulty of levels ?

Why is Candy Crush changing levels of difficulty? When i look on You Tube to get some advice on passing a level i have noticed that people ahead of me in the game are getting an easier level Why? Can you tell me how this is fair? I have noticed it on many different levels... i am in competition with friends.. how is that a fair competition if they are passing a level on say 30 moves and i only have 25? I would love to hear why you feel you have to meddle with them at all...? thank you.

Levels are amended all the time you are also at a disadvantage with all the features that have been removed or amended . See post upcoming changes and new features

It goes both ways. Some levels that I have struggled with and used several boosters on, when playing the new levels Wednesdays are made a lot easier.
