Missing power ups/ boosters

Hi I have just gone to play and have lost 300/400 disco balls, lolly pops etc . I have not changed phones or devices or logged out. Has made me not want to play anymore as I have saved them up for nearly 2 years just to have lost and can’t seem to get back

    I also have seemed to have lost all my extra lives that have been sent to me over time that were stored in my messages, is there any way you can look on my profile history to see that I had then send me?
