Hello,

I have been playing Candy Crush for a while and my sister started playing a couple weeks ago. I noticed that she has an option to “watch a video” to get a booster or win moves. I, however, do not have that option and I was wondering why that is. My app is updated and I am playing on a phone. I’ve also read some other discussions and it seems like it’s been a “test feature” for a few years now. I would like this feature, so why aren’t they releasing it to everyone?

This is a new feature n release to selected group. It may rotate among groups. Using phone device at times do stand an advantage

Players are randomly selected for the test features. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this same time.

Well that’s kind of dumb, honestly lol. They should let all players receive the same benefits

I have been getting this feature off and on for around a year now, but with no consistency.

AD video is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems.

Keep playing the game, you can get the future back again.
