Issues with the game. Can you help please?

Hi there

i received a notification today that said something like ‘we’ve updated our privacy notice’ or something (didn’t think much of it at the time) and then all of a sudden it changed my avatar and a few other things were not working. I then reconnected my account through Facebook but it shows I have 17 lives, will not find any levels, tells me I have two inbox notes but can’t show me from who and many events I had are missing. Can you help please?

I would also be happy about 17 lives. I would like to advise you: Connect correctly to the internet or WiFi. And uninstall your game - install it - update it and clear the cache. With the deinstallation, boosters and life can be lost, as it may not save your device. Please note it. Please try it out. Then play your level as shown and refresh it if you can and clear the cache. Then it should work. Good luck. If not, please report back

Try this -  follow this post https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/246151/how-to-get-your-level-and-progress-back and there is a contact link at the bottom. You need to contact them from that link and they will be able to help you.

Playing your game thru FB you will have problems. Facebook has glitches that they have not addressed in quite some time now. Most of us play thru King but we are placed in groups where we do not know our fellow players. We do not have the problems that happen when playing. However I totally understand you wanting to continue with your friend you know.
