I lost all my booster
Hi! I had to delete the app because it say that I had finish all the levels and that I had like 495094 booster ( literally) so I check your website and I saw that I could delete the app and download it after. This is what I did but now I have lost all my booster ( my “real” one, not the booster from the issues).
I want to specify that I was connected with my King account and I am still connected with it.

I've lost my stockpile of boosters twice over the years when the devices I was playing on crashed and had to be replaced...
they are gone forever as King says they are only stored on the respective device and not on their servers.
it would be a simple fix for them to change their code to protect the boosters, but that isn't to their financial benefit so it "can't" be done.
suffer and gripe is all you can do and start accumulating them again... if you can

I've got a bit of bad news about that (see here for details); & anyone else coming thru later on might put it a bit differently, but you're basically SOL about that.
If you bought anything (hope you didn't), go here & provide all details.
Boosters (especially colour bombs) are somewhat easy to earn (or at least they were), but it would be nice if the powers that be took care of that issue...

Hi @lylypink . Welcome to our Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
