I beat level 3648 earlier today. I PURCHASED a package to help me beat the level because I’d been on it SEVERAL DAYS! Now I’ve been taken back to 3648!! I spent my money and really would like to be on the correct level

I have no idea. I stopped playing right after I beat the level...
After you pass a level, your level will not be complete until you find the scoreboard with the Star.
If you minimize or close the game until you get this picture, your level will not be complete.
That was the case with you.😎

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
Try it if you can get some refunds.
