Can you help me with my lost boosters?

I lost all my boosters today. It's for SECOND time just this year.

Btw, I didn't upgrade, change or reset my phone. Neither accidentally disconnected from my profile. Notice: I lost my boosters just in Candy Crush Saga, in Candy Crush Soda they kept normally.

Please, help me to resolve this and prevent to happen again.

Sorry to hear about your Problem on Boosters.

As per @kiara_wael mentioned, follow the steps provided by her. They will help you.

Additionally, You have to check if you have any virus has been entered in your phone or your phone is full of memory storage.

Boosters are saved locally on your phone storage and not online thus if your memory gets full, then you may loose your boosters. Keep at least 1GB free to keep game working correctly.

Recently, a virus has been active which is corrupting memory and deleting files. Thus, try installing antivirus to detect and remove the virus.
