Hello!! I had an inconvenient with my cell phone, so i reset it and unfortunately lost all my candy crush boosters. I would like to have them back. Thanks

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I recently had to get a new phone and when I logged into my fb my boosters did not transfer over. I had a ton of boosted and am almost on level 800. Is there any way I can get some of my boosters back.

Hi @arussum !

The Boosters are saved directly on the device and therefore won't sync over with your Facebook or King account like the levels and Gold Bars.

You can transfer them over with a backup tool like iCloud or Samsung Cloud where you save all data and then retrieve it on your new phone.

If you had any purchased items on your old device, you can also email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get your purchases resent to your new phone.
