From level 4403 to level 1

I recently got a new iPhone and when transferring over my games (Candy Crush & CC Friends) would not sync, so I deleted and tried to reinstall (like I have before) to get them to sync, instead it erased my progress and sent me back to level 1! I’m so frustrated not only that, I lost all my lives, I had over 200 saved up. Can anyone help me out, I’ve contacted King.com and they are pretty much unless.
