The app keeps telling me my internet is not on but it is

I seem to have trouble with my Candy Crush Saga. I can play but no rewards as it says “no internet”. But I do have WiFi on.

I try to sign in but it tells me to come back later.

What am I doing wrong.

@webpagech first thing to try is make sure game is up to date, sign out and restart you device see i f you still have same problems
