I tried to change an out of date email address to a new one. When I attempted this, my avatar was changed from a cute little chipmunk to a grotesque face. When I tried to change it back, my level was reduced from nearly 4,000 to 1. I can't seem to make my password work. Please help me to restore the game. Thank you.
