I cannot access features on the events page

I am on an iPad Pro. On the events page, I cannot access any of the features in the middle. When I try to scroll up or down, it goes either all the way to the top or to the bottom. I cannot stop anywhere in between. Please help

try logging out restarting your device, but sounds more like problem with ipad than events page
