Hi Group & @Sukanta_Biswas & @Freddy_Falkner,
Ok, 2x now, today (Mothers Day) have had delay's on F5 on getting rewards.
No Reward given on 2nd Part of F5, Level 6850, It just checked it off is all - Origins7 Dale
It paid after at 4940 points on Level 6855, which is 90 points higher, & 5 levels later - Origins7 Dale
No Reward given on 3rd Part of F5, Level 6875, It just colored it up is all, no checkmark, but it is at 7000 - Origins7 Dale
On this 3rd part, still no reward, & I stopped at Level 6876, to post this mess for you.
Also, why is my full name listed? No other players have their full name listed here. That has been going on for some time now. On (CCSS) my full name is not used, & that is also synced up w/facebook.

So would like my reward, lots of work on trying to get it. Let me know what can be done guys. Trying to get to Level 7000. But until King corrects these server issues, I expect the delays, along with all the other issues will continue.

@Origins7_Dale This is a known fault i think they are trying to find a fix for but if you add all your scores up you not reaching the target even though the pic says you are. this is why you are seeing a delay in getting the gifts. But been told you should still get them but with a delay, when the score has been reached

So it's a known issue. No one told me, I am always the last to know. But once again, many thx for telling me. Do you guys hang out in front of the King building? It really is remarkable how up to date you guys are. Want to put you into my computer, & never worry about updates again. 😀

Besides, we are trying to reach as many Candy Crushers so they can all join our community to find more information, help and tips from other community members, share suggestions and feedback, get to know other players around the world and also to have some fun while taking part in the different contest and ongoing activities in the forum! 🙂
On the other hand, let me give you an update on your request:
First of all, as @Sukanta_Biswas was mentioning, your game is connected to your Facebook profile and it's displaying this name. Important to say is that you are the only one that can see your first and last name in-game. All other players are seeing only your first name. In this case, they can only see Dale.
Which is exactly the same behaviour for your team members, we can only see their first name.

@Origins7_Dale you just pick these things up as you go through the community, sometimes good to pass the knowledge on. Can sometimes get things a little wrong as not as up to date as the a superstar. Hence i say always look for there answers as they will know way before me if this has been fixed or not or other problems
