Not getting daily prize. Stuck on day 1

Playing games through the browser is an online platform so we can't say for sure if your Treat Calendar will always work properly.
However, Did my steps work?😁

it worked till I restarted the game ... then it reverted back to day 1 on the treat calendar. ALL games are played via an on-line platform. you have to be on-line to play the game!!!

You can play the game offline through the app.😊
However, refreshing the browser page will reset the Treat Calendar.

i have the app on my tablet, but asks for facebook login on startup .... this means its going on-line to play. You cannot play on a computer/laptop via the app, only facebook. Also I close the game down when finished playing so surely this should not reset anything - it should restart at the point you left it, shouldnt it???
Finally ... how would the app know your status and progress if it doesnt go on-line and check your server? I have never heard so much rubbish in all my life. So you are telling me that all my progress and level
