Hi. I'm going to level 2680 and I have it connected to my Facebook account but I don't have the option to watch the videos of announcements for gifts of lives, extra movements or bloster. And I know that in other profiles it comes out. these videos. What do I have to do to see these videos?

@isamarme Not all features are available to everybody. Some are in different test groups. This just means you are not part of that group at present, but could be in the future

but then it is a trick because all the tests depend on who finishes them before and it is clear who has the help of the videos they finish it before those of us who never have that help

Hi @isamarme

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

In order for it to be a fair and equitable game, we should all play under the same conditions, and it is not the case that those who can watch the videos receive help and those who cannot do not. The only thing you get with this is a discriminatory game and inequality

@isamarme Many would agree with you, but things have to get tested before they are rolled out in case there are any problems. Imagine if everybody had the same faulty feature, there would be uproar. I have never had video feature and i have reached max levels. So although it would be nice to have its not the be all and end all of the game. you may find you have a feature that others do not

Lives as soon as ur friends send to u.

Boosters from advertisments when the advertisment will be watched by the user immediately.
