How do I fix?

My striped and wrapped candy booster is grayed out when I logged into candy crush on new phone. Also, all other boosters and trophy progress with extra life lost. Even boosters that I bought were no longer present. Any ideas how to fix?

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I get that I may have lost some boosters with transfer to new device. However, how do I get my striped and wrapped candy freed up to use? Currently, they are still grayed out.

What do you mean by grayed out? Could you post a screen shot of it so I can see how the issue looks like?

We did a game reset in your game. That should reactivate the Boosters.

Could you force close the app and restart the device and open the game again and see if it's fixed? Please do this while connected to a wi-fi connection.
