Piggy bank issue

Hey there.

After a recent purchase, purchase made to unlock the piggy bank gold, instead of adding +50 to the already owned 12 gold, it dropped to 3 bars of gold. The only thing I've got was the 24h infinite tickets.

The account in discussion is under the same gmail address used to write this post. Can you please investigate? How can I opt for a refund and how can I be sure that if I want to spend more I would actually get what I'm buying for.
