I can't purchase anything from piggy bank and its full. Buy button keeps loading

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Seems like you've got issues similar to players in a different thread; it's allegedly being worked on, so take that for whatever it's worth.

But post your game ID over there & someone should get back to you on that (maybe).

Reset App Store - Restart device - Check app Update - Log out game and then Log in.

If the problem is the same, You will find complete information HERE and of course tell your Game ID there.

My piggy bank has disappeared! What can I do???

Hello @marcyquintero and a very warm welcome to the wonderful King Community. Sometimes the studio tests out different versions of the piggy bank and sometimes that includes removing it entirely - but it should reappear.

You can try a few things first:Make sure you have the latest version of the game, clear your cache and then exit the game and turn off your device for at least 10-15 seconds. When you restart it, hopefully your piggy bank will reappear. If it doesn't then you are probably part of a test group who have had their piggy bank temporarily removed. Never fear, it will hopefully reappear in a few weeks (maybe a few days if you are lucky).
